|Canned pineapple chunks||13 Ounce, drained and juice reserved|
|Juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (From Pineapple Chunks)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Cooked ham||1 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes|
|Orange||1 Large, peeled and cut into sections|
Placebutterin 1 quartmeasure.
MICROWAVEon HIGH until butter melts.
Stir in pineapple and lemon juices, brown sugar, cloves and mustard.
MICROWAVE I to 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until hot.
On each of 8 wooden skewers, alternate ham, pineapple chunks and orange sections.
Place on microwave roasting rack in (12 x 8-inch) baking dish.
Brush with sauce.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH.
Brush with remaining sauce.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until sizzling hot.
Serve on rice with remaining sauce.
