Luau Kabobs

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned pineapple chunks 13 Ounce, drained and juice reserved
  Juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (From Pineapple Chunks)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked ham 1 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes
  Orange 1 Large, peeled and cut into sections
Directions

Placebutterin 1 quartmeasure.
MICROWAVEon HIGH until butter melts.
Stir in pineapple and lemon juices, brown sugar, cloves and mustard.
MICROWAVE I to 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until hot.
On each of 8 wooden skewers, alternate ham, pineapple chunks and orange sections.
Place on microwave roasting rack in (12 x 8-inch) baking dish.
Brush with sauce.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH.
Turn.
Brush with remaining sauce.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until sizzling hot.
Serve on rice with remaining sauce.
