|Canned pineapple tidbits||13 Ounce|
|Juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From Pineapple)|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn starch||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , finely chopped|
Drain 1/2 cup juice from pineapple into 2-cup measure.
Set pineapple tidbits aside.
Add chicken broth, corn starch and soy sauce to juice.
Beat well with wire whip.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH, or until thick and glossy, stirring once with wire whip.
Use to glaze duckling.
