These Liver And Cucumber Kabobs are simply delicious ! I love them for snack. As appetizers they are terrific ! Try out these Liver And Cucumber Kabobs and tell me how you've enjoyed them !
Ingredients
  Chicken liver 6 Ounce, halved
  Cucumber/4 ounces bamboo shoots, sliced 1 Medium, sliced thick
Directions

The larger half of the livers (there are always two uneven sections to chicken livers) can be cut again.
Alternate liver and cucumbers on skewers and grill as above.
