This Minted Lamb Kebabs is a delicious non-vegetarian recipe. Enjoy this deadly combination of lambs and white wine in your meal and share your feelings for this Minted Lamb Kebabs!
  Lean lamb 2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Tomatoes 8 Small
  Mushrooms 12 Small
  Chopped fresh mint 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Place meat in a bowl, add marinade and mix well.
Cover and stand for 1-2 hours.
Drain meat and alternate meat, tomatoes and mushrooms onto skewers.
Barbecue over hot coals for approximately 20 minutes, turning and basting frequently with marinade while cooking.
