Beef Kabobs Deluxe
|Boneless sirloin tip roast||2 Pound, cut into 2 inch cubes|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Large, cut into 1 inch pieces|
Place meat cubes in a large shallow container.
Combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper, stirring well; pour over meat.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, stirring meat occasionally.
Parboil onions 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade.
Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers.
Grill kabobs over medium coals 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Baste frequently with marinade.
