Steak And Pineapple Kebabs
|Lean rump steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Button mushrooms||8 Ounce|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded|
|Canned pineapple chunks/Chunks of fresh pineapple||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Place steak in a mixing bowl, pour over marinade.
Mix well, cover and stand for 2 hours.
Peel mushrooms and remove stalks.
Cut pepper into 1 inch pieces.
Drain pineapple pieces.
Drain meat and alternate meat, mushrooms, pepper and pineapple pieces onto skewers.
Barbecue over hot coals, turning and basting frequently with marinade while cooking.
Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes or until meat is tender.
