Oriental Chicken Rice
Oriental Chicken Rice has a grand taste. The chilli sauce and sugar gives the Oriental Chicken Rice a two dimensional taste. Must catch it.
|Boiled white rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded cooked chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Capsicum||1 , sliced|
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken soup cube||1|
|Tomato ketchup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced almonds||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
|Raisins||1 Tablespoon, fried as in mutton biryani (Sultanas, For Garnish)|
Microwave oil with onion, capsicum and mushrooms in the large bowl.
Put all the ingredients except boiled rice, and microwave for 3 minutes.
Mix in the boiled rice and microwave for 3 more minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes
