Vegetable Biryani

Vegetable Biryani has a great taste. The dressing of almonds gives the Vegetable Biryani supreme taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Basmati rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), washed and soaked for 30 minutes and drained
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Roasted cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1
  Dry red chilies 6 (Goan Or Kashmiri)
  Roasted coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 4
  Cardamoms 4 , shelled
  Cinnamon piece 1 Inch
  Peppercorns 6
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Roasted poppy seeds 1 Teaspoon (Khus Khus)
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cubed vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Potatoes, Carrots, Turnips And French Beans)
  Shelled green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Fried sliced onions 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Mix oil, cummin seeds and onion in a bowl and microwave covered for 2 minutes.
Mix in the ground ingredients cover the bowl and microwave further for 2 minutes.
Mix in the rice, cubed vegetables, greenpeas and salt.
Then pour in the hot water and microwave for 20 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes, then fork to loosen up the grains of rice.
Spread out in a serving dish and garnish with fried onions.
