Red Bean Cake
|Cooked red beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Recook the red beans and simmer for about an hour.
2. Mash the beans to an almost smooth paste
3. Add sugar and mix it well into bean paste.
4. Add some water and mix.
5. Re fry the bean paste until wet and mushy.
6. Mash or blend the re-fried paste.
7. Spread the bean paste on one side on mini pancakes and cover it with other.
