Marinated Beef Kabobs
|Boneless sirloin steak||1 Pound|
|Russian salad dressing||8 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Bacon slices||10 , cut into half|
|Green peppers||2 Medium, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Onion||1 Large, cut into 2 inch pieces|
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Pint|
Trim excess fat from steak; cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Place meat cubes in a shallow container.
Combine dressing and next 4 ingredients, stirring well; pour over meat.
Cover and refrigerate ait least 8 hours, stirring meat occasionally.
Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade.
Wrap bacon around meat cubes; secure with wooden picks.
Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers.
Grill kabobs over medium hot coals 10 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
Turn and baste frequently with marinade.
