|Grand marnier liqueur||4 Teaspoon|
Thinly pare rind from one orange, cut into thin strips.
Cover rind with water and bring to the boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain, rinse with cold water and keep aside.
Squeeze juice from both oranges and lime.
Melt butter in a frying pan and add sugar.
Stir until slightly browned, then add orange and lime juice.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring until sauce thickens slightly and begins to bubble.
Fold over one pancake into four and place in a serving dish.
Repeat with remaining pancakes.
Continue cooking the sauce for 2 more minutes, then pour it over the pancakes.
Warm the Grande Marnier, pour over the sauce put off the room lights.
Decorate with orange rind and immediately jgnite with a match.
