Oriental Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Diagonally sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely slivered green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh bean sprouts 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Beef bouillon cube 1
Directions

Saute mushrooms lightly in butter.
Add celery and onions; cook 3 to 4 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and soy sauce.
Crumble bouillon cube over all; cover.
Cook 2 minutes.
Be careful not to overcook; vegetables should still be crisp.
Stir well.
