Veal Kebabs In Chinese Marinade
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
Place meat in a mixing bowl, pour over marinade, cover and stand for 2-3 hours.
Drain meat and thread onto skewers.
Barbecue over hot coals for approximately 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
Turn and baste frequently with the marinade while cooking.
