|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lime-flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Pour boiling water over gelatin and sugar in a bowl.
Stir in milk, cream, and lemon juice.
Pour into refrigerator trays and freeze until mushy.
Turn into a chilled bowl and beat until firm.
