Hummus Bi Tahini

Ingredients
  Tahini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Purchased In Mid-eastern Store)
  Garbanzos 2 Can (20 oz) (Drained)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Scallions 6 , chopped
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) (Peeled)
Directions

Into blender put tahini, water, salad oil, lemon juice and garlic.
Blend until smooth.
Add chick peas and blend thoroughly.
Stir in chopped scallions, salt and pepper to taste.
