Hummus Bi Tahini
|Tahini||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Purchased In Mid-eastern Store)|
|Garbanzos||2 Can (20 oz) (Drained)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Scallions||6 , chopped|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm) (Peeled)|
Into blender put tahini, water, salad oil, lemon juice and garlic.
Blend until smooth.
Add chick peas and blend thoroughly.
Stir in chopped scallions, salt and pepper to taste.
