|Green prawns||1 Pound|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Ounce, melted|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Shell and devein prawns.
Remove rind from bacon and cut rashers in halves or thirds.
Wrap each prawn in a piece of bacon and thread onto bamboo skewers.
Combine melted butter and lemon juice and brush over kebabs.
Barbecue kebabs over hot coals for approximately 10-15 minutes or until prawns are cooked and bacon is lightly brown and crisp.
Turn frequently while cooking and before serving, brush again with the melted butter and lemon juice.
Pour any remaining butter into a small bowl or jug and serve with the kebabs.
