Delicious Chicken curry!


Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Yam 2 , bite size pieces
Chicken breast 2 , chopped finely
Garden curry spice blend 2 Tablespoon
Organic coconut milk 1 Can (10 oz)



1. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add yam pieces and chicken. Stir and cook until lightly browned.

2. Add spice blend and coconut milk. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until cooked through.


3. Garnish with chives and serve over a bed of brown rice, quinoa or baby greens.
