Ingredients
  Green peppers 2
  Eggplants 2
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Ripe tomatoes 6
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by removing the seeds from the peppers and then cut the peppers into small pieces.
2.Also pare the eggplants and cut into small pieces.
MAKING
3.Cook the eggplant and peppers in the oil until slightly brown
4.Then add the tomatoes and seasonings and continue the cooking until the eggplant is done
SERVING
5.Serve with salads
