|Lemon juice||7 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
Peel artichokes way down, discarding the tough leaves; halve and scoop out choke.
Drop into the Water Bath.
Bring 2 quarts water to boil in a large kettle, add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt to taste, and drained artichokes.
Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
Turn into a serving bowl.
Sprinkle with paprika, parsley, oregano, and remaining lemon juice and oil.
