Seasoned Artichokes

Ingredients
  Canned artichoke hearts 10 Ounce, quartered
  Eggs 5 , beaten
  Mozzarella cheese 1⁄4 Pound, grated
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Pound, grated
  Fine bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  French thyme/Oregano 1 Teaspoon (French)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a mixing bowl, thoroughly mix together all the ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese.
Pour into a greased 10-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Cut into small squares and serve hot.
