Herb Braised Globe Artichokes

Easy and delicious braised artichokes. The video recipe is very straight forward, so no need for any long-winded post today. Not to mention it's Friday! I enjoyed my artichokes with a simple squeeze of lemon, but below you will see links to several video recipes I've already posted that would work great as a dip for this. Enjoy!
Ingredients
  Globe artichokes 2 Large
  Garlic cloves 2
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oregano 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Tarragon 1 Tablespoon

Great photography! Love artichokes and we even grow them here in N. CA. Gilroy is said to be the artichoke capital of the world and it is but 1 1/2 hours away.
