Spinach Artichoke Heart Casserole

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce
  Artichoke hearts 16 Ounce, drained
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 8 Ounce
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute onion in margarine. Cook spinach as directed on package; drain. Combine all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Variation: Use cream of mushroom soup or cottage cheese in place of sour cream. Use 1 1/2 cups Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded, in place of Parmesan cheese.
