Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce (8 oz pack of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (2))
  Chopped spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Artichoke heart jar 1 Small, drained and chopped
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Asiago cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Fontinella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Tobasco 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.

MAKING
2. Chop the spinach and the artichoke.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add the spinach, artichoke, garlic powder, minced fresh garlic,cayenne pepper,Asiago cheese and the Fontinella cheese.
4. Mix everything together and add a dash of tobasco.
5. Place the mixture in a baking dish.
6. Top with the grated Parmesan cheese and bakes in the oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese gets bubbly.

SERVING
7. Serve with your choice of pita bread, French fries or vegetables.
