Artichoke Hearts With Herb Cream

Ingredients
  Frozen artichoke hearts 18 Ounce (2 packs, 9 ounce each)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For herb cream
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce (2 packages, with chives)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sliced ripe olives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Bell pepper/Paprika 1 (Green or Red)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Follow the packet instructions and cook the artichokes
2) Add the lemon juice, garlic and salt to the water

MAKING
3) Drain the hearts onto absorbent towel and allow to cool
4) Into a mixer bowl add the cream cheese and beat till smooth
5) Add in the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, thyme, salt, paprika, garlic powder and the hot pepper sauce and beat till blended
6) Into each artichoke fill about a teaspoon
7) Cover with cling wrap and place in the refrigerator

SERVING
8) Garnish with paprika, or green pepper and serve chilled
