Spinach Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
  Spinach 20 Ounce, frozen and chopped (2 packs, 10 ounce each)
  Canned water packed artichoke hearts 1 Can (10 oz), chopped
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn flakes crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a pot cook the spinach and then place into a colander to drain
2) Tip in the artichoke hearts, cottage cheese, salt and pepper
3) Layer in the corn flakes crumbs
4) Place into a 8 inch square casserole
5) Bake at 300 F for 30 minutes

SERVING
6) Serve warm
