Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Salad oil - 2 tablespoons
Dried oregano leaves - 1/4 teaspoon, crushed
Dried tarragon leaves - 1/4 teaspoon, crushed
Garlic salt - dash
Artichoke hearts - 1 can (15 ounce), drained
Water - 2 tablespoons
Paprika - to taste (optional)
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
2) Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
3) Drain well and sprinkle the chilled artichoke hearts with paprika, if desired.
4) Serve the Marinated Artichokes on a platter with cocktail picks.
