Marinated Artichoke Heart

Ingredients
  Frozen artichoke hearts 36 Ounce (4 Packages, 9 Ounce Each)
  Chicken-flavored bouillon granules 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon (Whole)
  Fresh thyme/Dried whole thyme 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Oregano/Dried whole oregano 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Summer savory 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan cook artichoke hearts according to package directions, omitting salt.
2. To a large serving bowl drain transfer and keep aside.
3. In a medium bowl dissolve bouillon granules in water.
4. Add vinegars and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
5. Toss pouring vinegar mixture over artichokes gently.
6. Cover and chill 30 minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve with a slotted spoon.
