Baked Jerusalem Artichoke Hash

Ingredients
  Carrot puree 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Raw Pulp)
  Artichoke puree 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Or Pulp)
  Onion pulp 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Basic beef mixture 1 Pound, ground
  Mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sea kelp 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven

MAKING
2.Combine carrot pulp with artichoke pulp, onion pulp, beef mixture, mace, chili powder and Sea kelp.
3.Take a 2 quart greased casserole dish and Add the mixture in it.
4.Bake for 1 hour.

SERVING
5.Serve warm.
