Athenian Artichokes

Ingredients
  Artichoke hearts 9 Ounce, frozen (1 Package)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced, separated into rings
  Pimiento 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Follow package directions to cook artichokes and chill after draining well.
2) In a jar, mix together salad oil and remaining ingredients, shaking well.
3) Spoon this dressing over chilled hearts.
4) Chill, covered for several hours or a whole night, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
5) Serve at once.
