|Artichoke hearts||9 Ounce, frozen (1 Package)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced, separated into rings|
|Pimiento||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Green pepper||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
1) Follow package directions to cook artichokes and chill after draining well.
2) In a jar, mix together salad oil and remaining ingredients, shaking well.
3) Spoon this dressing over chilled hearts.
4) Chill, covered for several hours or a whole night, stirring occasionally.
5) Serve at once.
