Artichokes With Shrimp And Mushroom Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Sauce verte 315 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)
  Diced shelled cooked shrimp 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)
  Small mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, quartered (125 Gram)
  Artichokes 4 , chokes removed, cooked and cooled
Directions

Put the sauce in a bowl.
Stir in the shrimp and mushrooms and adjust the seasoning.
Pile the mixture into the center of each artichoke.
To eat, dip the outer leaves in the sauce in the center of the artichokes, then eat the tender core at the bottom with a knife and fork.
