Ingredients
  Carrots 2 , sliced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1 Small
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Frozen artichoke hearts 100 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, boil together carrots, olive oil, lemon juice, bay leaf, salt, garlic salt and 1/2 cup water.
2) After 5 minutes, add in the frozen artichoke hearts.
3) Allow to boil for another 5 to 10 minutes, till the vegetables turn tender.
4) Chill the artichoke hearts in seasoned liquid.
5) Drain.

SERVING
6) Serve as an appetizer.
