Artichoke hearts and pecans…have you tried this delicious combination? It is a great dish that makes a complete meal. Cook this for dinner and enjoy the compliments that come your way.
Ingredients
  Artichoke hearts 1 Can (10 oz) (Drained)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot sauce To Taste
  Broken pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a casserole, add the artichoke hearts.
2) In a pot, add butter and flour and mix well.
3) Add in the cream.
4) Cook, stirring constantly, till thick.
5) Add salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
6) Add the sauce over the artichoke hearts and then add in the pecans.
7) Top with bread crumbs and cheese.
8) Place in the oven and bake at 300 degrees till bubbly.

SERVING
9) Serve hot with bread.
