Artichokes Vinaigrette

Artichokes Vinaigrette is a quick and delicious appetizer. Add a healthy edge to entertaining with this must try dish.
Ingredients
  Artichokes 12
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Cut the stems and prickly ends of the leaves from the artichokes.
2) In a skillet, stand the artichokes in 1 inch boiling water.
3) Add in the garlic, oil, and salt.
4) Place a lid and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, till the artichokes are tender.
5) Drain and refrigerate.

SERVING
6) Serve with Vinaigrette Sauce.
