Orleanian Artichoke Appetizer

Orleanian Artichoke is a delicious appetizer. It is basically artichokes served with an even better dip! Make a value addition to your menu with this easy and quick appetizer.
Ingredients
  Artichokes 4
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Blue cheese 4 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic puree 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Boil the artichokes till tender.
2) In a mixer bowl, add the remaining ingredients and beat at the highest speed till smooth and creamy.
3) Add into 4 cocktail glasses.

SERVING
4) Serve with the artichokes.
