Artichoke Heart Hot Dish

A yummy combination of artichoke cooked with a variety of vegetables and seasoned with the choicest of spices. A tasty side dish that can make any meal feel great.
Ingredients
  Carrots 2 , sliced
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen artichoke hearts 20 Ounce
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, add the onion and saute.
2) Mix in the flour, 1 cup boiling water, carrots, and green onions.
3) Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
4) Add in the seasonings, artichoke hearts, and lemon juice.
5) Cook for 45 minutes, till the vegetables are tender but not watery.

SERVING
6) Serve hot with bread.
