Spinach And Artichokes

Ingredients
  Chopped green onions with tops/1/2 cup chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oleo stick 1
  Frozen chopped spinach package 20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Canned artichoke hearts 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Saute onions in oleo.
Add cooked, drained spinach.
Add drained artichokes and sour cream.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
Even people who don't like spinach would like this uniquely flavored dish.
