Zesty Artichoke Appetizer
|Canned artichoke hearts||28 Ounce, drained, chopped (Two 14 Ounce Cans)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1 Dash|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
|Hot sauce||1 Dash|
1.Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
2.In a container, put artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt. Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce and stir them all well.
3.Take a greased 1 quart casserole or souffle dish and put the mixture in it.
4.Put the dish in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
5.Top with parsley and serve with melba roundsor toast points.
