Broad Beans And Artichokes

Time to pamper your palate with this Broad Beans And Artichokes recipe. A simple dish that goes great with bread. Lightly flavored with parsley, you can also choose to add in flavorings of your choice.
Ingredients
  Beans 2 Pound
  Artichoke hearts 8 (Canned Can Also Been Used)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

MAKING
1) Cook the broad beans and the artichoke hearts separately.
2) Strain, keeping aside 1/2 cup of the cooking water used.
3) In a pan, heat the oil.
4) Stir in a little cornflour, along with water and lemon juice.
5) Stir till thick, then add in the parsley, beans and artichokes.

SERVING
6) Serve hot with bread.
