|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Mozzarella cheese/Equal parts of mozzarella and parmesan||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Herb bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Olive oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
Clip barbs from artichokes.
Boil in water seasoned with salt, red pepper, garlic powder and lemon juice, until tender.
Mix cheese, bread crumbs, garlic and olive oil.
Mixture must be very moist.
Stuff between leaves of artichokes.
Make a band of foil around base of artichoke to secure leaves.
Top with lemon slice.
Place in covered baking dish with a little water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
These freeze beautifully.
