|Canned artichoke hearts||8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Green onions||4 , minced|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lightly packed minced parsley/Cilantro||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 (An Additional Egg May Be Used For A More Quiche-Like Texture)|
Preheat oven to 325°.
Grease baking dish.
Drain oil from marinated artichoke hearts into a small skillet; add onion and garlic and saute until tender.
Mix artichokes, oil, onions, garlic, cheese, eggs, and all seasonings in mixing bowl.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cut into squares to serve.
Cover with foil to reheat.
Can be served warm or cold.
Serve with a Hollandaise sauce as a dip if desired.
