Artichoke Appetizers

Ingredients
  Marinated artichoke hearts 6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Canned artichoke hearts 8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Green onions 4 , minced
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lightly packed minced parsley/Cilantro 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 3 (An Additional Egg May Be Used For A More Quiche-Like Texture)
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°.
Grease baking dish.
Drain oil from marinated artichoke hearts into a small skillet; add onion and garlic and saute until tender.
Chop artichokes.
Mix artichokes, oil, onions, garlic, cheese, eggs, and all seasonings in mixing bowl.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cut into squares to serve.
Cover with foil to reheat.
Can be served warm or cold.
Serve with a Hollandaise sauce as a dip if desired.
