Simmered Artichoke

Artichoke-baby braised is a very nice recipe. The artichokes taste amazing and with grilled chicken they make a wonderful meal. Artichokes are very healthy food. They are good antioxidants, and can be used for patients with functional dyspepsia, reducing cholesterol, strengthening liver and gall baldder functions. Artichokes are used with meats, in tea, pizzas and liquers.
Ingredients
  Artichoke 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Turned carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), julienned
  Bay leaves 3
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Bouillon cubes 2
  Garlic cloves 3
  Lemon 1
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat olive oil, add crushed garlic.
2. Add artichokes and cook.
3. Squeeze some lemon juice, onions and cook.
4. Add turned carrots, bay leaves, bullion cubes, oregano, fennel seeds and salt.
5. Mix all together and sweat the vegetables.
6. Add pepper, wine and let it simmer for 45 minutes.
7. Serve the artichokes on grill chicken.
