|Canned water packed artichoke hearts||28 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 14 Ounce Each)|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tarragon vinegar||1 Dash|
Place artichokes between paper towels and squeeze to remove excess moisture.
Cut into quarters.
Combine mayonnaise, cheese and vinegar in mixing bowl.
Add artichokes and stir gently just to coat.
Turn into glass pie plate and microwave on High 2 minutes, turning dish if necessary to cook evenly.
