Artichokes For Two
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
|Fresh artichokes||16 Ounce (2 Pieces, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Lemon||1 , thinly sliced and halved|
|Dry seasoned bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Parsley flakes||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
In small bowl, heat butter 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until melted; reserve 1 tablespoon.
Into remaining butter, add garlic.
Cut stem off artichoke; trim tips of leaves, then rinse.
Place lemon in between leaves; arrange artichokes in individual custard cup and pour butter mixture over each.
Heat, covered with plastic wrap, 9 to 11 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine reserved melted butter with remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle over cooked artichokes; let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
