Artichoke Hearts Au Gratin
|Frozen artichoke hearts||9 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Green onions||2 , sliced to make 2 tablespoon|
|Processed swiss cheese slice||1 Ounce, torn (1 Slice)|
|Round crackers||4 , crushed to make 2 tablespoon|
Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan stir together cornstarch, garlic powder, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Stir in milk, mushrooms, and green onions.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add cheese, stirring to melt.
Gently stir the cooked and drained artichoke hearts into the saucepan.
Transfer artichoke heart mixture to a serving dish.
Sprinkle with crushed crackers and paprika.
