Herbed Artichokes and Potatoes
|Reconstituted natural butter flavored mix||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried rosemary leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|New potatoes||8 Ounce (About 1 1/2 Inches)|
|Frozen artichoke hearts package||9 Ounce (1 Package)|
In 1-quart casserole, combine butter-flavored mix, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic powder and pepper.
Microwave at High for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until very hot.
Remove thin strip of peel around center of potato.
Microwave at High for 4 minutes.
Add artichoke hearts.
Microwave at High for 6 to 10 minutes longer, or until artichokes are hot and potatoes are tender, stirring once.
Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
