Frozen artichoke hearts/One 16 ounce can artichoke hearts
9 Ounce (1 Package)
Olive oil/Salad oil
2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Italian salad dressing envelope
1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
Cook frozen artichoke hearts according to package directions (or drain and halve canned artichokes).
Combine olive or salad oil, lemon juice, and salad dressing mix in screw-top jar; shake to mix.
Pour over artichokes.
Chill thoroughly, basting with marinade a few times.
Drain well before using.
