Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients
  Frozen artichoke hearts/One 16 ounce can artichoke hearts 9 Ounce (1 Package)
  Olive oil/Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Italian salad dressing envelope 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
Directions

Cook frozen artichoke hearts according to package directions (or drain and halve canned artichokes).
Combine olive or salad oil, lemon juice, and salad dressing mix in screw-top jar; shake to mix.
Pour over artichokes.
Chill thoroughly, basting with marinade a few times.
Drain well before using.
