Marinated Artichoke Hearts
|Frozen artichoke hearts/One 16 ounce can artichoke hearts||9 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Italian salad dressing envelope||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
Cook frozen artichoke hearts according to package directions (or drain and halve canned artichokes).
Combine olive or salad oil, lemon juice, and salad dressing mix in screw-top jar; shake to mix.
Pour over artichokes.
Chill thoroughly, basting with marinade a few times.
Drain well before using.
