Artichoke Hearts Riviera
|Frozen artichoke hearts||20 Ounce (2 Packages)|
|Dry vermouth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Dried tarragon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Cook artichoke hearts as directed on package, omitting salt.
Drain and set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine vermouth, lemon juice, garlic, seasonings and margarine.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Pour over cooked artichoke hearts.
Top with chopped parsley.
