Crab Filled Artichokes

  White bread slice 2
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen king crab 6 Ounce, thawed and broken into small pieces (1 Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1 Break bread into quarters; place, 4 quarters at a time, in container of electric blender; cover container; process at high speed 15 seconds, or until crumbled. Pour into a large skillet. (Or, break bread into crumbs with a fork on a wooden board.)
2 Heat skillet slowly, stirring crumbs constantly, until golden brown; add margarine; toss until evenly blended; remove from heat.
3 Stir in crab meat, salt, pepper and lemon rind until well blended.
4 Open marinated artichokes and fill centers with crab mixture, dividing evenly; place in an 8-cup shallow baking dish.
5 Bake in moderate oven (350°) 15 minutes, or until piping hot.
