Ingredients
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon, divided
  Chicken 3 Pound, quartered (1 Whole)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Savory herb with garlic soup mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned artichoke hearts 15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken.
Remove chicken and drain.
Into same skillet, add remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil and cook onion 2 minutes.
Stir in savory herb with garlic soup mix blended with water; br
