Chicken & Artichoke Saute
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon, divided|
|Chicken||3 Pound, quartered (1 Whole)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Savory herb with garlic soup mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned artichoke hearts||15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken.
