Artichoke Heart Melange
|Frozen artichoke hearts||18 Ounce (2 Package, 9 Ounce Each)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Minced fresh oregano||2 Teaspoon|
|Minced fresh basil||1 Teaspoon|
|Cherry tomatoes||12 , halved|
|Ripe olives||12 Small|
Combine artichoke hearts and garlic in a medium saucepan.
Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
Drain, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Combine oil, oregano, and basil in a small bowl; stir into reserved liquid.
Add herb mixture to artichoke mixture, stirring well.
Add tomatoes and olives,stir gently.
Cook until thoroughly heated.
